She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology with a focus on Nutritional Anthropology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ecology from the University of Arizona.
Her professional background includes experience as an inpatient clinical dietitian focusing on a variety of disease states, outpatient private practice dietitian, and Adjunct Professor for the University of Maryland Global Campus teaching Introduction to Nutrition. She now continues her career with LWell where she focusses on building supportive and ongoing relationships with clients seeking disease-specific, sport, and general nutrition advice.
