What do the initials mean?
“Diets suck. Eating better doesn’t have to.”
Jessica set out to become a Registered Dietitian after a decade long battle with an eating disorder. Through her road to recovery she discovered the healing power of nutrition and was determined to couple this passion with a career in order to help empower others with the knowledge to make better food choices.
Jessica graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Purdue University and has been working in the health and wellness field for over five years, with a background as a personal trainer and online coach.
While living overseas in Germany, Jessica began competing in bodybuilding shows. As an Air Force veteran, she linked up with area military members and spouses, and began coaching Team Armed Forces Europe, a bodybuilding competition team competing all throughout Europe. Though she’s stepped away from the stage these days, Jessica has taken up women’s rugby and enjoys staying active.
Jessica believes in common sense solutions to nutrition problems, meeting clients where they are at and working to shift their eating habits in a way that works with their lifestyle.
