Kacey is a certified mental performance consultant from the Association of Applied Sport Psychology, who holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling, specializing in sport and health psychology from Adler School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Edinboro University.
Kacey provides her clients with a healthy mindset towards reaching their goals. She loves to share easy to learn techniques that maximize results and help her client’s see their potential. Specializing in motivation, Kacey helps to increase awareness of her client’s personal motivation for long-term lifestyle change. Techniques utilized include increased confidence in a client’s ability to make change, overall focus, energy management and stress reduction, as well as fostering a growth mindset.
Kacey is a large proponent of an active lifestyle through her experience of running Track and Field and Cross Country in college as well as various marathons including the Boston Marathon. Her professional background includes working with athletes, exercisers, and business personnel. Her experience of working in the Loyola University Athletic department with collegiate athletes, Counseling with clients who experience depression and anxiety, as well as working as a contractor working with U.S. Army Soldiers make her well-rounded to meet client’s where they are at in their mindset journey. Kacey also holds a level 1 certification with Precision Nutrition and USA Track and Field Level 1 Coaching Certification.
