Credentialing Coordinator 

Mindy joined LWell in 2022 and hit the ground running!  She has 10-plus years of medical practice support in credentialing, billing, and administration. 

Mindy loves the process of helping new providers build their practices. She says the camaraderie at LWell makes her work enjoyable and everyone shares the same goals – to succeed and grow!  

When not in the office, Mindy enjoys spending time with her parents, family, and friends. She is a mom of 3 amazing kids, Michelle, Abbie, and Jeffrey. You might find her actively involved in DIY projects, cheering on the Fighting Irish, attending concerts, or antiquing. She is a huge advocate for Chiari Malformation and Dementia Awareness. A lesser-known fact: Mindy is a certified makeup artist!
