Jill’s interest in nutrition began through her experience as a marathon runner, where she discovered the critical role proper nutrition plays in optimizing performance and supporting recovery. What began as a personal curiosity soon developed into a deeper understanding of nutrition’s far-reaching impact on health, longevity, and disease prevention. Motivated by this knowledge, Jill pursued a career in the field with the goal of helping others enhance their well-being through evidence-based nutritional guidance.

In her work with clients, Jill takes a holistic, evidence-based approach—considering each individual’s lifestyle, goals, and preferences to develop realistic, sustainable plans. She is committed to helping clients make meaningful, lasting changes through science-backed recommendations, empathetic support, and practical tools.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, running, and experimenting with new recipes.
