Kate Langbehn, MS, RDN, Pn1, is a seasoned Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 24 years of experience across diverse settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Sport Studies from Miami University. She completed a coordinated Master’s in Public Health Nutrition and Dietetic Internship program at Case Western Reserve University. 

In addition to her core credentials, Kate holds a Precision Nutrition Level 1 (Pn1) Certification and has specialized training through Certificates of Training in Obesity Interventions for Adults and Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management. She has also completed 15 core modules and an extensive laboratory test interpretation series through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. 

By applying principles from her extensive training and coursework, Kate can more accurately assess complex health concerns and design targeted individualized treatment plans. This approach not only addresses symptoms but also aims to resolve the underlying causes, leading to more effective and lasting health improvements. 

Kate’s commitment to lifelong learning is unwavering as she continually expands her knowledge and skills. Her passion for learning extends beyond formal education. Kate actively seeks out new challenges and opportunities for growth, whether through participating in running events, weightlifting, cross-training, or skill-building exercises. This dedication is rooted in the understanding that knowledge is ever-evolving, and staying informed is essential for providing the best possible support and guidance to those with whom she works. 

When I first started looking for a nutritionist, I was 30 pounds overweight with joint pain and restless sleep patterns. I had attempted exercise and diet, but didn’t know what I didn’t know and was frustrated with a lack of results. So I reached out to LWell, and I am so glad that they assigned me Kate! At the first consultation, she ascertained my goals and lifestyle and began gently working with me to make gradual alterations. She began coaching me on a doable plan – foods that go together, a better workout regimen, and natural assistance with sleep.
