When I first started looking for a nutritionist, I was 30 pounds overweight with joint pain and restless sleep patterns. I had attempted exercise and diet, but didn’t know what I didn’t know and was frustrated with a lack of results. So I reached out to LWell, and I am so glad that they assigned me Kate! At the first consultation, she ascertained my goals and lifestyle and began gently working with me to make gradual alterations. She began coaching me on a doable plan – foods that go together, a better workout regimen, and natural assistance with sleep. Six months and four consultations later with email coaching in between, I was thrilled to reach my ideal weight. Now, I am able to maintain what I accomplished with Kate’s recommended lifestyle patterns. I also have sound sleep each night, no more joint pain, and a much more positive outlook on life. I feel better than I did 20 years ago, thanks to Kate’s wise counsel. She is more than a nutritionist; she is a life coach for which I am thankful.

What sets Kate above and beyond is her genuine passion and care for her clients. As I transitioned from runner to bodybuilder, I knew that my workouts and diet would change drastically and I needed to make sure I was healthy from the start. Kate asked questions about my habits and preferences, she made recommendations for foods, times to eat, macros, and supplements to help achieve my goals.  Her nutrition guides and meal plans were easy to follow. I put my trust in Kate and did exactly what she said to do.  The results speak for themselves. I gained muscle while losing fat.  I was energized. I felt like I had support throughout the entire experience. My first competition was a huge success (one first place and two-second place) and I could not have done it without the guidance and support of Kate. I highly recommend her for any nutritional needs you have.  She is energetic, kind, intelligent, educated, and able to find a solution that is best for your body and goals!
