For example, if you struggle with ADHD and cooking to you feels like a strenuous task, you can make the experience more enjoyable by listening to your favorite music, letting a TV show or YouTube video play in the background, or talking with a friend on the phone while cooking. Finding quick, easy-to-assemble meals with clear instructions can help, too.
